This decision intends to improve the service and the growth of ALLSTOCKER leveraging YUTAKA’s operational excellence and its strong network in the industry. SORABITO, on the other hand, will focus its resources to drive i-Rental, SORABITO’s rapidly growing IT services for the construction equipment rental industry in Japan.

The transition processes of ALLSTOCKER auction and market are planned as below:
ALLSTOCKER auction:
SORABITO hosted the last ALLSTOCKER auction on April 13, 2022, and YUTAKA starts their version of ALLSTOCKER auction in June 2022.
ALLSTOCKER market:
SORABITO stopped all listings and operations of ALLSTOCKER market as of May 2, 2022. There will be a separate announcement by YUTAKA about the resumption of the service after the transfer is completed.
